Payment is due prior to the start of term.

As the customer you have the right to cancel within seven days of your contract with us, or seven days of commencement of lessons. If you wish to cancel your order, please email us at info@lannoyschool.com and your payment will be returned within seven days.

Siblings are eligible for a 10% discount.

Unfortunately classes missed by the student due to illness or any other unforeseen circumstance cannot be refunded.

Half a term’s written notice is required for a student to withdraw from a class.

For streetdance, ballet and tap classes at Churchers College Junior School please note that if the class has to be cancelled by LSPA that class cost will be deducted from the following term's fees. However if the student is unable to attend the class due to a school commitment parents will still be charged for this class.

For all our classes outside of school please note that if the class is cancelled by us, the LSPA, the class cost will be deducted from the following term's fees or we will make up the class at another time. However, should any class be cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control no refund will be offered.

Terms and Conditions for our show 'In the Spotlight':

All children taking part in the show MUST attend all rehearsals

If you cancel your child's participation after registering for the show this will incur a charge

All costumes provided need to be paid for. Each costume will cost £8, please note if your child is in several acts there will be a different costume per act ie two acts will cost £16.
